Refund policy
Returns
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind or if you ordered the wrong size or color. We also do not accept returns or exchanges for other reasons unrelated to a product defect or fulfillment error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us within 20 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered.
To help us evaluate the issue, please include your order number and clear photos of the affected item. We will review the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.
You do not need to return a damaged or defective item unless we specifically ask you to do so.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can review the tracking information and help resolve the issue. Where applicable, we will work with our fulfillment provider to arrange a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for:
- Incorrect size or color selected by the customer
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Items that have been worn, washed, or used
- Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer
If an item is damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us as described above.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for incorrect size, color, or change of mind. If you receive a damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect item, please contact us with your order number and photos so we can determine the appropriate resolution.
European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you may have a legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason, subject to applicable law and any applicable exceptions.
Where the right of withdrawal applies, the customer is generally responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise required by law. Certain goods, including goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized goods, may be exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
